Waverley Practice Management services (trading as The Earwax Clinic– ABN 37 221 925 071) employs an experienced and talented team of secretarial, and administration staff to provide GP’s Specialists and Allied Practitioners support to conduct their business under one roof.

We provide the facilities, IT support, administration, nursing staff, and equipment that enable healthcare practitioners to deliver high-quality medical care to their patients. Our goal is to create a supportive environment that allows healthcare professionals to focus on providing quality care while we handle the operational and logistical aspects.

The independent tenant practitioners have chosen to conduct their private medical practice at The Earwax Clinic and stipulate their own hours of work, fees and conditions of service to you. There may be variations in fees and services they provide to patients and may also be operating from other locations. Please speak to your practitioner directly about their alternate locations and the specific services they provide.

Your medical records may be held securely in our central database or be held directly by the Doctor or allied practitioner. Please speak to them at your consultation about their practices in this regard.

Dr. RAGHAV NARA

I graduated in 2003 from South India and worked in the UK before moving to Perth,in 2007. I worked in a variety of surgical roles in WA gaining advanced surgical skills an did my GP training in Gippsland, Victoria and completed my Advanced Diploma in Obstetrics in Sale. I have worked extensively in pregnancy care including delivering babies and performing Caesarean sections. I am is accredited to provide shared antenatal care to all the major obstetric hospitals including Monash Medical and Boxhill Hospital. My interests are women’s health, family planning, sexual health ,children’s, teenage/young people’s health, dermatology and diseases of the ear. I can perform minor procedures in the clinic including insertion of Mirena/Intra uterine device, Implanon, mole excisions and ear wax removal by micro-suction. Married with two beautiful daughters and a son, I am a ‘tigers’ supporter and a keen follower of cricket!

DR. TAMARA JONES

Dr Tamara Jones has a special interest in Ear Wax microsuction, and enjoys working with both adults and children, and is happy to accommodate those with special needs. Although her books are closed in her GP practice, Dr Jones is happy to see new patients in her Ear Wax Clinics.

I grew up in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne and completed her medical training in northern Tasmania, obtaining my Fellowship to the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2017. Myareas of interest include women’s and children’s health, sexual and reproductive health and ear, nose and throat health including microsuction ear wax removal.

DR. Janice Quach

I graduated Medicine from the University of Tasmania with clinical distinction.After working in Launceston I moved back to Melbourne to be closer to family. I then went on to work in several hospitals through Eastern Health before specialising in General Practice.

Janice consults in all aspects of general practice, with a special interest in paediatrics, women’s health and weight management. She is also able to perform minor procedures like implanon insertions, iron infusions and ear wax removal through suction or syringe. She is offering her services at WaverleyGP and is available by appointment.

Outside of work, Janice enjoys cooking, travelling, church activities and spending time with her 3 young children.

DR. Manasi Deshpande

Dr Manasi Deshpande is a UK trained GP working in Australia for the last 10 years. In addition to core General Practice care of patients and families from birth to end of life for their physical and mental health needs, she has developed her interests in Womens health from period problems in young girls through to perimenopause and menopause Breastfeeding, medicine and lactation consultancy, early detection and care of neurodivergence in children before they start primary school, iron infusions, Ear wax removal via micro suction technique and providing multidisciplinary weight management.
